Slow down. Reconnect.
Come back season after season.
Summers by the river, golf and disc golf, wood-fired saunas, campfires, and long evenings with the people you love.
In 2021 we crowdfunded this land through our podcast — and we've run it with our family for five years.
A place grounded in family, localism, wellness, and real-world skills, where you put down roots and come back season after season.
When you join, you're not buying a concept — you're stepping onto land that already works.

A place only thrives when there's a reason to return. So we build an annual and weekly cadence of gatherings and making — the Village Rhythm.
Kids learn best outdoors — through nature, crafts, songs, and making. Forest School is Euvie's vision: confidence, real skills, and a genuine connection to the land.
And because the same families come back season after season, your kids grow up alongside the same friends — year after year.
Multigenerational relationships, built over seasons — not just visits.
Everything you've seen is built and running. Phase 2 turns the campground into a village — funded and shaped by the people who join now.
Two peak-summer weeks reserved for you every year — ahead of the public window — plus member rates on any additional nights.
The public books standard 30-amp sites. Members get the new prefab wooden cabins and the best sites on the land.
Wells Gray is location #1 of the Portal.Place network — founders get first access to every location that follows, and first right to buy if ownership opens.
An access membership on a publicly accessible resort — not equity, not a timeshare, not a security. Subject to the Founding Membership Agreement.
Founders' rate is CPI-capped and always below later cohorts. An access membership — not equity, not a timeshare, not a security. Subject to the Founding Membership Agreement.
The founding round funds the buildout — retiring the resort's debt to secure the land, and building the first member cabins. You're funding the place you're getting access to.
We retire the resort's existing debt — locking down the 400 acres so the village can be built with a clean footing and no outside claim on the land.
Founding contributions build the first prefab wooden cabins — delivered in phases, starting with the 2027 season. The cabins you'll stay in are the ones your membership creates.
Illustrative allocation of the founding round. An access membership — not a security or real-estate interest.
Destination clubs charge $195K–$295K just for access. A Wells Gray founding membership is $50,000 once + ~$4,000/yr — two guaranteed weeks, the cabins, and a place in a growing network.
| Typical cost | What you get | The catch | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wells Gray Village membership | $50K once + ~$4K/yr | 2 guaranteed weeks, the cabins, member rates, network position & first right to buy — a transferable place for life | An access membership, not a deed; dues apply; cabins build out through 2027 |
| Own a vacation property | $500K–$1M+ to buy | Full control; use it anytime; may appreciate | Huge cost; sits empty most of the year; you handle everything |
| Timeshare at a resort | $20K–$40K + $1–1.5K/yr | Cheaper entry; a set week each year | Fees forever & rising; famously hard to exit; no equity |
| Nightly resort rental | $200–$400 / night | No commitment; nothing to maintain | A transient guest — no priority, no stake, full price every visit |
Illustrative comparison — rough industry ranges for context, not quotes.
You're early — so the terms are built to protect you, not just us.
Deposits are held until the first 20 memberships are committed. The buildout proceeds only once the cohort is real — so you're never funding a place that doesn't happen.
Cabins are delivered on a committed timeline. If we don't deliver, you receive a conversion credit or a refund — the promise is backed, not just stated.
Your membership is transferable — resell or gift it at any time, subject to club approval. You're never locked in the way a timeshare locks you in.
Full terms confirmed in the Founding Membership Agreement. An access membership — not a security or real-estate interest.
Deposits are held until the first 20 are committed. Spots are confirmed in the order deposits arrive.
Two peak-summer weeks are reserved for you every year, ahead of the public booking window — plus member rates on any additional nights you want.
Annual dues from $4,000/year at the Founders' rate — CPI-capped, and always below the dues any later cohort will pay. Your rate reflects joining first.
A $2,000 deposit holds your place. The balance is due within 60 days, or spread across a 12-month installment plan — whatever works for your family.
Not equity, not a timeshare, not real estate — a standing place in the community and priority to the property as it grows. Transferable, so you can always resell or gift it.
A $2,000 deposit holds your place among the 60 founding families — applied to your membership, with the balance due within 60 days or a 12-month plan.
