Anyone can book a night at the resort. Founding Members get the guaranteed access, the cabins, and first position in a growing network.

The public books standard 30-amp sites. Members get the new prefab wooden cabins and the best sites on the land.

Wells Gray is location #1 of the Portal.Place network — founders get first access to every location that follows, and first right to buy if ownership opens.

10Where It Goes
You're building the place.
The founding round funds the buildout — retiring the resort's debt to secure the land, and building the first member cabins. You're funding the place you're getting access to.
Secure the land
We retire the resort's existing debt — locking down the 400 acres so the village can be built with a clean footing and no outside claim on the land.
Build the cabins
Founding contributions build the first prefab wooden cabins — delivered in phases, starting with the 2027 season. The cabins you'll stay in are the ones your membership creates.

Threshold release
Deposits are held until the first 20 memberships are committed. The buildout proceeds only once the cohort is real — so you're never funding a place that doesn't happen.

Build commitment
Cabins are delivered on a committed timeline. If we don't deliver, you receive a conversion credit or a refund — the promise is backed, not just stated.

Always an exit
Your membership is transferable — resell or gift it at any time, subject to club approval. You're never locked in the way a timeshare locks you in.

Two peak-summer weeks are reserved for you every year, ahead of the public booking window — plus member rates on any additional nights you want.
Founders' rate, capped
Annual dues from $4,000/year at the Founders' rate — CPI-capped, and always below the dues any later cohort will pay. Your rate reflects joining first.
Reserve, then complete
A $2,000 deposit holds your place. The balance is due within 60 days, or spread across a 12-month installment plan — whatever works for your family.
An access membership
Not equity, not a timeshare, not real estate — a standing place in the community and priority to the property as it grows. Transferable, so you can always resell or gift it.
