Barrel Sauna
Built and installed a barrel sauna to support wellness, recovery, and daily rhythms on the land. This established the first piece of the wellness layer and immediately improved the long-stay and shoulder-season experience.
Glamping Dome
Constructed a glamping dome to expand unique accommodation options and test alternative lodging formats. This added immediate capacity while helping refine design standards for future structures.
3D Drone Mapping & Digital Twin
Completed a high-resolution 3D drone scan of the entire property to create a detailed digital twin of the land. This provides a precise foundation for planning, design, infrastructure layout, and future development while improving coordination, visualization, and long-term decision-making.
Membership System
Designed a structured membership system to support longer stays, recurring participation, and a sense of continuity across seasons. This laid the foundation for a scalable village network model.
Maker Space & Woodshop
Built an on-site maker space and woodshop to support fabrication, repairs, and creative projects. This became a core operational asset, enabling hands-on building and rapid iteration.
Food Garden
Established an initial permaculture garden bed to begin testing regenerative growing methods on the land. This served as an early proof point for the food and ecology layer, informing future garden and farm expansion while adding beauty and hands-on learning opportunities.
Winter Water System
Installed an insulated, heated winter water system to enable reliable year-round operations. This significantly improved resilience and reduced seasonal shutdown constraints.
