Be part of a select group who will help turn our 400-acre RV park, campsite, and forest into a living Smart Village prototype.
We’re inviting hands-on builders, technologists, creatives, and community-minded humans to live on the land, help run the hopspitality, and co-create the features and events that will define our first village — and the network of villages to follow.
Note: We expect most people to wear more than one hat.
These roles describe the kinds of responsibilities we need covered, not rigid job boxes.
You help keep the campsite and small golf course running smoothly — check-ins, guest support, cleaning, simple admin, and making sure shared spaces feel welcoming and organized. You’re the calm, grounded presence visitors rely on.
You maintain the physical environment — firepits, signage, facilities, repairs, mowing, trails, and general upkeep. You like solving practical problems, keeping things tidy, and noticing what needs doing before anyone asks.
You help build cabins, domes, platforms, small structures, and eventually operate the CNC/makerspace setup. You love working with tools, prototyping, and improving our construction process so future villages can replicate it.
You help to set up and maintain the village’s tech layer — internet, sensors, comms, walkie system, simple dashboards, and experimental AI-assisted workflows. You help turn the Village Ai into a practical tool for daily operations and resident coordination.
You film, photograph, document builds, create engaging short-form content. You’re the bridge between what’s happening on the land and the story the world sees, helping attract future guests and residents.
You help shape the rhythms of village life — helping with hosting events, coordinating between team and guests, facilitating community connection rituals, and supporting other participants. You help make the village feel human and connected.
This program is a work-stay arrangement: your RV site is covered, and in return you help us run and build the first Smart Village prototype.
While compensation is not available during the program, outstanding contributors may be invited into longer-term paid roles or deeper involvement in the project as it grows.
A personal RV is required, and you must be able to cook your own food. Program dates: May 1st – September 30, 2026.
